Warranty Policy

ALLESPET offers a one (1) year limited warranty on all products purchased through ALLESPET’s official website. This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery. If during this one (1) year period, a ALLESPET product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at no cost to the customer. This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs or modifications to the product, or any incidental or consequential damages.

To make a warranty claim, customers should contact ALLESPET's customer service team Support@allespet.com with their proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

As a condition of this warranty, it is agreed that the remedy provided in this Warranty Policy is the customer’s sole remedy and ALLESPET’s sole liability under this warranty. All liability for coincidental damages is excluded. The purchaser agrees to retain the original proof-of-purchase for establishing the effective date of this warranty. Should ALLESPET or an authorized dealer replace the product under warranty, this replacement shall be considered a transaction under the original warranty and does not extend the original warranty period. This warranty is non-transferable. ALLESPET is committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service to its customers.

EXCEPT FOR THE WARRANTY SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY POLICY, ALLESPET MAKES NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING ANY (A) WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY; OR (B) WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OF TRADE, OR OTHERWISE
