Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within five (5) business days of receipt of order Monday through Friday (8am to 5pm local time). Orders placed between 4pm and 5pm local time on Fridays will be processed the following Monday. We use the German mainland Postal Service and FedEx to deliver our orders. If the shipping carrier provides a tracking number, we will update your order with the tracking information.

The rate charged for shipping your order is based on the weight of the products ordered and the delivery location. If an item goes on back order, we will ship you order in parts as items are made available. You will not be charged an additional shipping fee for any back-ordered items. We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders of $39 or more for all contiguous German mainland addresses.* For orders under $39, you will be charged a shipping fee of $5.99 (effective May 5th, 2021).  We ship internationally for a flat rate, which will be calculated at check out.

We cannot ship to the following locations: Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces German, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific. 

* Please note that we are unable to deliver to addresses containing PO Box numbers.

Important Notice:

By opting out of the signature-required service, ALLESPET cannot assume responsibility for claims involving shipments where the carrier confirms successful delivery to the specified address but the recipient reports non-receipt. In such instances, customers will need to directly liaise with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
